Title of class: r SUPERVISOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND DUPLICATING Duties and responsibilities: Under supervision, to supervise and be responsible for the photographic and duplication work in the Health Center; and to perform related work as assigned. Examples of work performed: To operate and supervise the operation of a Continuous model Photo -stat Machine. To prepare solution acids in a 25- gallon mixing tank to be used in photo - copying. To photo -copy birth and death records, documents, transcripts, etc. To be responsible for all documents when photographed. To operate a Mimeograph or Multilith Machine. To take black and white and colored pictures as required. To prepare the necessary chemical solutions for processing. To develop and process black and white negatives, and colored negatives. To set up and prepare aluminum and paper plates, stencils for %duplicating machines. To do a limited amount of art work for retouching negatives; prints, and for inking posters and signs. To supervise and be . responsible for .filing, preserving plates, stencils, negatives, prints. and other pertinent materials.. To be responsible for the oiling and-general maintenance and cleanliness of the machines used. To supervise subordinates' assisting in carrying out the above duties. To be responsible for all binding of all records and documents.
