cuts and fills in grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in
Block 6, Clarke's Addition from View Street to Victoria Street,
under Preliminary Order 189169 approved September 16, 1958
Intermediary Order 189702 , approved October 28, 1958
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that recise -

approved September 16th , 19 58 , relative to condemning and taking
an easement in the land necessary for slopes,,cuts,and fills in the grading

Addition from View Street to Victoria Street
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
