having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that ,

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 189168 ,
approved September 16th , 19 58 , relative to grade and surface with
bituminous material the alley in Block 6, Clarke's Add. from View St. to
Victoria St. Also construct a sewer in an easement to be obtained on, under
and across the easterly 4 ft. of the westerly 6 ft. of Lot 28, Block 6,
Clarke's Add. from Watson Ave. to the alley in the rear of said lots.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
2. The estimated cost thereof is $ 7,946.78 , and the total cost
