RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of garage and fences located
on the S. W. Corner of Avon Street and Seminary Avenue, described as Lot 30, Block 6,
Winter's Addition, Saint Paul, Minnesota to PATSY WRECKING COMPANY in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7422 of said Patsy

Wrecking Company, Bidder to pay City of Saint.Paul $10.00, such bid being the only bid,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
