RESOLVED, that, in respect to Council File 189942,
approved November 14, 1958, the same be and is hereby amended
as follows:
Strike therefrom, where the same does appear, the following:
112. That said vacation is limited to the
life of the present buildings and structures,
said condition not to preclude minor repairs
and alterations but to exclude major repairs
and alterations, this condition to run with the
land and be binding upon the owner, or owners,
and their successors in interest."
and to insert in lieu thereof the following:
"2. That said vacation is limited to the,
life of the present buildings and stractures;7�
said condition not to preclude minor repairs and
alterations but if said present buildings or
structures are replaced, the new buildings and
structures will be located on or within the
lot lines. This condition to rum with the
land and be binding upon the owner or owners and
their successors in interest." t
