WHEREAS, it is, necessary to schedule examinations for the
positions of" 'Junior City Planneet, "Assistant City Planner ", and
"Senior City Planner" and
WHEREAB, it is highly unlikely that a sufficient list can be
established from among residents of the City of St. Paul: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence requirements for admission to
examinations as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil Service Rules are
hereby waived for the first examinations for "Junior City Planner ",
"Assistant City Planner " -, and "Senior City Planner" to be held following
passage of this resolution; date of the examinations to. be set at the
discretion of the. Chief Civil S.ervide Examiner.
