consent of the Comptroller, to purchase from MONROE CALCULATOR MACHINE COMPANY,
one Monroe Calculator, Model CSA -10 at a cost of $755.00, less allowance for
rental of'Calculators paid on Purchase Order R -24798 - $180.00, making net
amount of contract $575.00, without advertisement or competitive bids as this
is the only source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
