for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling, and removal of miscellaneous
concrete and debris located at 619 Cherry Street described as.all that-part of lot 9,
Fred Althen's subdivision of block 61, Lyman Dayton's Addition to St. Paul which lies
SWLY of a line that begins on the ELY line of said lot 9, 61 feet SLY of the N.E.
Corner of sai& lot 9; thence NWLY 172 feet to the WLY line of said lot 9, 72 feet Sly
on the N.W. corner of said lot 9, except that part thereof conveyed to the N. P.,Railway
Company by a deck filed in 587 deed 65, St. Paul, Minnesota to PATSY WRECKING COMPANY in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7180
of said Patsy Wrecking Company, City to pay Contractor $297.00, such bid being the
lowest and said Patsy Wrecking Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract

on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
