therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of the Payne Avenue Relief
Sewer System - Arlington Hills Sub -.District No. 3 to F. MORETTINI CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #7167 of said F. Morettini Construction Company for the contract
price of $435,868.00 (plus Engineering $34,869.00 and plus Inspection $8,717.00 by
City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said F. Morettini Construction Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is

directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
