RESOLVED, that George F. Gruber be paid the sum
of $1,980.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City
of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of
December 27, 1956, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Safety, whereby he suffered a temporary total disability
until June 21, 1957, and 15 per cent permanent partial disability
to his back.
