This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That permission is hereby given to D. 0. Spaeth to connect his homestead at 1471 W. Hoyt Avenue, the same being_ all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, more particularly described as Lot 10, Block 7, Northome 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions: 2. Permittee or his successors shall, within 90 days from the passage of his ordinance, file a written acceptance thereof, specifically agreeing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon compliance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue a permit for said sewer exten- sion, subject expressly to the provisions of this ordinance and Sections 235.08 and 235.14 inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
