This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: - -Council, after considering the recommendation of said - - ',Section 1. That Section 240.07 of the Legislative Code of the Cityof Saint Paul is•hereby amended by striking the said section in its entirety, said section reading as follows: a license shall be issued, but only after the execution 11240.07.
