The Council of the City of Saint Paul
does Ordain;
SECTION 1
An ordinance amending Section 216..03
of the Legislative Code of the City of Saint
Paul, relating to street obstructions. This
is An emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 216.03 of the Legislative Code
of the City of Saint Paul is amended by adding to said Section
the following new matter:
"The requirement contained herein that
said temporary walk shall be at least 4 feet in
width may be waived in any given case by order
of the Commissioner of Public Works when, in his
judgment, he shall determine, in view of all of
the circumstances, that a temporary walk less
than 4 feet in width is necessary and desirable
and properly protects the pedestrians who shall
be using said temporary walk."
Section 2.. This ordinance is hereby declared to be
an emergency,ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.

Paul, relating to street obstructions. This
is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and eafety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAITIT: PAUL HOES OFMAIN:
Section li, That Section 216,03 of the Legislative Code
of the City of Saint Paul is amended by adding to said Section
the following new matter:
