The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the prelimin-
ary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 185792 approved
Jan. 15th. 19_�8, relative to the restoration of the sidewalk on
both sines of Sidney St. from Gorman Ave. to Livingston Ave. by constructing new
sidewalk where necessary and by repairing where practical.

and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
