Recognizing the Outstanding Leadership of the North End Business Association's
Dutgoing President Nathan Steigman
1 WHEREAS, Nathan Steigman recently served as the North End Business Association's president from
2 2008-2009; and
4 WHEREAS, Nathan is an active participant of the Rice Street Action Team and the Rice Street Marketing
5 Committee, and has been a driving force in organizing community events such as the Rice Street Art
6 Scoop; and

WFTEREAS, Nathan has worked tirelessly to promote Rice Street and the North End, and was
instrumental in seeking funding for the Rice Street banners, as well as many other activities on the North
End. Now, therefoTe be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council would like to thank Nathan for his community involvement
and leadership and his contributions that haue resulted in the betterment of Rice Street and Saint Paul's
North End neighbarhood.
