the consent of the Comptroller, to purchase from SPERRY OFFICE FURNITURE
COMPANY Desk Unit at a cost of $281,60 without advertisement or competitive
bids as this is to match present equpment and this is the only source of
supply and no advantage could be gained thereby,

RESOLUTION RENAMING A STREET IN THE WESTERN RE-
DEVELOPMENT AREA "RAVOUX"
WHEREAS, 'the vacation of streets in the Western Redevelopment
Area will eliminate Ravoux Street, and
WHEREAS, it is considered fitting and desirable that the name of
Ravoux be preserved among street names in St. Paul,
and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has adopted
a resolution to rename an L- shaped street to be
created within the Western Redevelopment Project
area. which street consists of a portion of St. Anthony
Avenue and a portion of Farrington Street,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Planning Board
of the City of St. Paul that the above - described street in St. Paul be
renamed " Ravoux" Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded
to the City Council of the "City of Saint Paul.

I am attaching hereto four copies of Agreement No.
C -1964, together with resolution authorizing execution of it.
This is primarily a Water Department matter and the agreement
has already been executed by the Board. of Water Commissioners.
Due to a legal technicality, the Highway Department is also
requiring that the City of St. Paul enter into the agreement.
Will you kindly have it executed and returned.
