application of the County Auditor for the abatement of street oiling and
flushing assessment on the following described property: Subject to alley,
Lot B and Lot C, Norton's Lincoln Park; totaling $561.30, and recommends
that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said
assessment.
