RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they herein are authorized
and instructed to enter into Cooperative Agreement No. C -1964 with the Board
of Water Commissioners and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways,
covering reimbursement to the Board of Water Commissioners for the relocation
and adjustment of water mains and appurtenances located within existing public
streets; namely, a 20 -inch steel distribution watermain located at the Arlington
Avenue intersection, a 30 -inch concrete distribution watermain located at the
Larpenteur Avenue intersection, and a 6 -inch watermain and hydrant located at
the Wheelock Parkway intersection, in connection with State Project No. 6280 -03
on Interstate Trunk Highway Route No. 35 =390•
