RESOLVED, That Charles Coe be paid the sum of
$39652.69 out of the Workments Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City
of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of
June 4, 1954, while in the employ of the Department of Public
Works, said sum representing 104.3625 weeks of compensation
due him for 40 per cent permanent partial disability to his
left foot and ankle, plus 15 per cent for disability to more
than one member, payment of compensation for 189.75 weeks
having been authorized by Council File No. 177432, dated
April 11, 1956, for 20 per cent permanent partial disability
to his back and 75 per cent of his right foot and ankle;
that said sum of $3,652.69 shall be payable at the rate of
$35.00 per week, until fully paid, from and after July 17,
1958.
