RESOLVED, that Capitol Parking Ramng2 and hereby is
granted a permit to construct, maintain land operate a public
motor vehicle parking ramp garage in and upon said permitteets
real estate situated in the City of Saint Paul, described as
follows:
The South 50 feet of Lots 6 and 7, the
North 50 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 12,
St. Paul Proper, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that said permit shall be contingent
for its operative effect, upon said permitteets furnishing
to the City Architect of a counterpart of the complete plans
and specifications therefor theretofore filed by said permittee
with and approved by the Bureau of Fire Prevention, and said
permitteets compliance with all ordinances of the City of Saint
Paul and the Statutes of the State of Minnesota applicable to
the same.

Dear Sir:
The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting the
application of Capitol Parking Ramp for permit to erect and operate
a 240 -car parking ramp on the east side of Robert St. between Fifth
and Sixth Sts., on the south 50 ft. of Lots 6 and 7, the north 50 ft.
of Lots 8 and 9 Block 12 St. Paul Proper, in accordance with conditions
outlined in th �fTg MEineer dated May 21, 1958, and subject to approval
of final plans by the City Architect.
