Ball and Robert McGuigan, A Attorney, in the amount of $1,659.94; and that of this amount, ,• twenty -five per cent, or $414.98, representing attorney's fees, should be paid to Robert McGuigan, leaving $1,244.96 to be paid to the City toward its expenses and wages paid the employe, now, therefore, be it 3 RESOLVED, The proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept said settlement, solely for the amount dub it in con- nection with the personal injury sustained by said employe, on behalf of The Toni Company, third party involved in said accident, and to execute the necessary releases; and be it further ZESOLVED, That of said settlement in the amount of $1,659.94, $414.98 be paid to Robert McGuigan, $767.80 be credited to Fund 31 -G1 -B, and the amount of $477.16 be credited to Fund 18 -R.
