RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation
of the Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary
for or reasonably incidental to the Mechanical Work in connection
with the alterations to the Saint Paul public Library, 90 W. Fourth
street, Saint Paul, Minnesota for the reason that the specifications
are being revised.
