RESOLVED, that Parish of the Immaculate Heart of
188081
Mary be permitted to install and operate a private parking
lot on Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 2, Summit View, on the
north side of Grand Avenue between Snelling and Saratoga,
in accordance with applicantts plans approved May 22, 1958,
and subject,to compliance with the provisions of all ordi-
nances governingxthe operation of parking lots, and subject
to the further condition that sidewalks abutting said premises
be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.
