RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Blueprinting for the Water Department and
the Department of Public Works and the Water Department for period of one year
from date of countersignature of contract to H. A4 ROGERS COMPANY in accordance
with City specifications and the Formal Bid #7115 of said H: A, Rogers Company
for the contract price of approximately $5220.00, such bid being the lowest and
said H. A. Rogers Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefore and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
Formal Bid #7115.
