RESOLVED, that Joseph J. Murray be plaid the sum of
$10,298.25 out of the Workmen's Compensation AI count of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim a ainst the City
of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from' is injury of
September 25, 1957, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Works,, whereby he suffered a temporary total disability
permanent until March 31, 1958, and

follows :d 100,E of right ring finger, for 25 weeks of compensation
at $45.00 per week, 100% of right little finger, for 20 weeks,
4 70% of left hand and wrist, for 154 weeks, a total of 199 weeks';
plus 15% of this total for simultaneous injury to two or more
members, 29.25 weeks, or 228.85 weeks at $45.00 per week; and
be it further
RESOLVED, that said sum of $10,298.25-shall be payable
at the rate of $45.00 per week, at four-week intervals, commencing
on March 31, 1958, and that $495.00 for the fir st ei1�Yet1 weeks
of compensation is now payable.
