WHEREAS, The Village of North St/. Paul has made application for
extending its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No.
10080,, C. F. 163726, approved May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans and
specifications for said work, and
S WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by
the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works
of the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Sti Paul approve
the plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary
sewer extensions in North St. Paul
Plan dated May -22, 1958 - in Mesabi Avenue from approximately
175'.SEIy of centerline of Gerald Avenue to 280' W. of centerline of
Chisholm Avenue; in Gerald Avenue from Mesabi Avenue to'approximately
170' N!. of centerline of Mesabi Avenue; in Buhl Avenue from Mesabi
Avenue thence Sly,.thence SWIy, thence Wly, thence NWly to approximately
'1.25' S. of Mesabi Avenue; in Chisholm Avenue from Mesabi Avenue, thence
N. to Radatz Avenue; in Chisholm Avenue from Mesabi Avenue, thence Sly,
thence Wly, thence Nly to approximately 110' S. of Radatz Avenue; in
Radatz Avenue from Chisholm Avenue to approximately 80' W. of Gerald
Avenue'
[AND., The Village of North St. Paul be and it is herein authorized
to proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewer,, in accordance
with said plans and specifications.
