Whereas, The Village of Maplewood
has made application for extending
its sanitary sewers as provided in Sec-
tion 6 of Ordinance No. 11061, C.F.
183690, approved July 26, 1957, and has
submitted plans and specifications for
said work; and
Whereas, The aforesaid plans and
specifications are approved by the
Commissioner and Chief Engineer of
the Department of Public Works of the
WHEREAS, The Village of Maplewood has made application for extend-
ing its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No. 11061,
C.F. 183690, approved July 26, 1957, and has submitted plans and speci-
fications for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid.plans and specifications are approved by the
Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the
City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St' Paul approve
the plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary
sewer extensions in Maplewood.
Resolution dated June 5, 1958 - in Barclay Street1from Belmont to
LSkillman; in Ripley Avenue from Manton to approximately 165' we$=
terly of the centerline of Manton; in Phalen Place from Sophia
to approximately 263' north of centerline of Sophia; in Walter
Street from approximately 340' south of centerline of Fenton to
Frost; in Skillman from Manton to approximately 200' east of the
centerline of Manton; in Sophia Avenue from Ide to approximately
170' east of Ide; in Frost from Ide to Birmingham

And, The Village of Maplewood be and it is herein'authorized to
proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance with
said plans and specifications.
