RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor;
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the fabricating and installing of nine (9) counter
height shelving units for the Saint Paul Public Library, 90 W. Fourth Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to WESTLUND CONSTRUCTIONQ COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7145 of said Westlund Construction Company
for the contract price of $1,656.00, such bid being the lowest and said Westlund Construction
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the- Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directdd to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials

hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
