WHEREAS, Fielding & Shepley Incorporated, the Contractor
for the Grading and Paving of the Parking Area adjacent
to the east boulevard of Lexington Parkway, north between
Aurora Avenue and University Avenue, Comptroller's Contract
L -5816, completed said Contract on JUNE 1, 1957, including
the extra work authorized by C. F. No. 184735, approved
October 2, 1957 and has been paid in full for all the work
performed by him, save and except that the Reserve in the
amount of $ 150.00 is withheld, and
WHEREAS, the above mentioned amount of Reserve should have been
paid JUNE 1, 1958, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Reserve of $ 150.00 due Fielding & Shepley
Incorporated, be now released.

L -5816, completed said Contract on JUNE 19 1957, including
the extra work authorized by C. F. No. 184735, approved
October 2, 1957 and has been paid In full for all the,work
performed by rim, save and except that the Reserve in the
amount of $ 150.00 is withheld, and
WHEREAS, the above mentioned amount of Reserve should have been
paid JUNE 11 1958, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Reserve of �$ 150.00 due Fielding & Shepley
Incorporated, be now released.
