Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the appeal of Flo d Strin e 'on to

under consideration is located on the me,otiido1s;ttQd, and
30 _ft;,, estof,,,Wh„ Ste Bear 4_venue and ism described as follows.:

Under two separate actions permission has been granted the applicant to
operate a'sixteen unit motel on this property which has a frontage of
433.08'ft. on Hudson-Road and extends southerly to average depth of
240 ft. This appeal, if granted, would permit the applicant to,provide
restaurant facilities in a separate building, 301 x 601, for the con-
venience of the patrons of the motel. The proposed use is permitted in
connection with a motel operation in an uAlt Residence zone as it lies f
within one block of a trunk highway.
r
The proposed operation has -been approved by the'City Architect and the
Health- Department and the State Highway Department. Field investiga--
tion discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use.
I'n consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends that '
this appeal be granted for a permit to construct a restaurant to serve. 1
patrons using the motel facilities in accordance with attached plan
