WHEREAS, The Village of Maplewood has made application for extend-
ing its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance No. 11061,
C. F. 183690, approved July 26, 1957, and has submitted plans and speci-
fications for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by
the Commissioner and Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works of
the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve
the plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary
sewer extensions in Maplewood.
Resolution dated August 7, 1958 - On Ripley Avenue from Clarence
to Curve; on Adele Street from Frost Avenue to Fenton Avenue; on an ease-
ment from East Shore Drive; thence nor"thei-ly for approximately 710 feet
to the St. Paul Tourist Camp; °,on Lark Avenue from Flandrau to White Bear;
on Sextant Avenue from Hazelwood to Kennard; on Hazelwood from Gervais
to Sextant; on Gervais Avenue from Germain to Kennard; on Laurie Avenue
from Flandrau to Prosperity Road; on Frost Avenue from Hazelwood to a
point approximately 225 feet west of Hazelwood; on Idaho Avenue from
Sterling to approximately 450 feet east of Sterling; on Prosperity Road
from White Bear to Lark Avenue;-on Kennard from County Road "B" to Burke
Avenue; on Burke Avenue from Kennard to Prosperity Road.
And, the Village of Maplewood be and it is herein authorized to
proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance with
said plans and specifications. I
