RESOLVED, that the frame and stucco dwelling on ^the Tsouth
79.: -.5 feet of Lot 12, Rolferts Subdivision of Block 75 of Lyman
Dayton's Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 873 Wilson Avenue, in
Saint Paul, was and is, by reason of its structural condition,
unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that
said structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or
remodeling sO s to make the same reasonably safe, and should
be wrecked dndt removed from said land; and it ordered that said
structure be•forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and
at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant or other
person in control thereof.
