In the matter of improving the Northern Route from Prior Avenue to
550 feet east of Snelling Avenue on the existing highway easement by paving
with asphaltic concrete surfacing on crushed rock base; by constructing curb-
ing and sidewalks where necessary; by reconstructing storm water drainage
facilities; and by reconstructing paving, curbing and sidewalks on the inter-
secting streets where necessary, under Preliminary Order C. F. 186216, approved
February 18, 1958, and Final Order C. F. 187821, approved June 10, 1958. The
crushed rock base having been placed by City Forces pursuant to Resolution
C. F. 188082, approved June 25, 1958, as Contract "A" of this project; be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the remaining portion
of the above named improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works
be and the same are hereby approved, this portion of the work to be designated
as Contract "Bl" of the project; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the purchasing agent be and he is hereby directed to
