RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby authorized with the
� consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to LINWOOD
STONE PRODUCTS COHFANY for 327.45 tons Lime at a cost of $5746.75, without
advertisement or competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act
promptly would work hardship to the best interests of the City.
