RESOLVED, that Stanley H. Groh be paid the sum of
$3128.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of December 6, 1955, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Safety, whereby he suffered a temporary total disability
until April 14, 1958, and 10 per cent permanent partial disbi.lity
to his leg, and 20 per cent permanent partial disability to his
arm; that said sum of $3128 shall be payable at the rate of
$40.00 per week from and after April 14, 1958, at intervals
of four weeks, and that $640.00, in partial settlement to and
including August 1, 1958, is now payable.
