RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwellings,
garages, sheds and removal of miscellaneous concrete, fences, and debris located
at 1363 Taylor Avenue, described as E. 43 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, College Place
East Division and 908 Hb-I.ton Street, described as S. 72.70 feet of Lot 2, Block
2, College Place East Division, except the S. 10 feet of the W. 153951 feet
thereof, Saint Paul, Minnesota to TRUCK CRANE SERVTJ.iCE COMPANY, in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7264 of
said Truck Crane Service Company, City to pay Contractor $325.00, such bid being
the lowest and said Truck Crane Service Company being a reliable and reasonable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
