RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee

therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the General Work in
connection with the Alterations to the Saint Paul Public Library, 90 West Fourth
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to MOORS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7228 of
said Moore Construction Company for the contract price of $44,989.00, such bid being
the lowest and said Moore Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorised to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
