Dear Sir:

Contract Number.G -1434 was awarded to M. H. Sime Decorating
Company for Painting the Zoo Building at Como Park, Saint
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to paint the fence around the Seal Pool an
additional coat, color to be selected; and at your request
negotiations have-been conducted with the contractor who
agrees to do this work for $110.00; which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of
$110.00 to Contract Number 0-1434 to cover the above describ-
ed work.
