M RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that John C. Frisk be paid the sum of
$1,575.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of December 1, 1957, while in the employ of the
Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until March �20, 1958, and 10 per cent
permanent partial disability to his back; that said•amount
of $1,575.00 be paid at four -week intervals, at the rate of
$45.00 per week, from and after March 20, 1958, and that
$900.00 in partial settlement, to and including August 6,
