RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute on behalf of the City of St. Paul a
proposed agreement with the City of West St. Paul covering apportionment
of costs between the City of St. Paul and the City of West St. Paul for
the cost of the removal of existing curb and the construction of new con-
crete curb with grading and sodding of boulevard in the widening of the
existing roadway at the northwest corner of Annapolis Street and Dodd Road,
and providing for the reimbursement to the City of West St. Paul by the
City of St. Paul for its share of cost in said improvement amounting to
not more than $450.00, and paid out of the P.C.R. Fund, Code 3001, same
fund to be reimbursed from the 1958 Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 -E1.
