also described as 543 Edmund Ave., in accordance with appellant's plans received
June 26, 1958.

.Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the appeal of Wm. G. Kulkey to establish a 61'
building line on Lot 20., Block 1, H. M. Ranney's subdivision of Block 11,
Stinson's Division. This property is located adjacent to the north side
of Edmund Avenue between Kent and Mackubin Streets.l The sonilig is
"B" Residence.
The property under consideration has a frontage of 40' on Edmund Avenue
and extends northerly to a depth of 124'. There is at present a two - family
house on this property set back 151' from Edmund Avenue. The applicants
propose, to add an addition of approximately 9' x 24' bringing the home to
within 6'6" of Edmund Avenue. The present building line which applicant
would be permitted to meet on this site would be 71'.*
The applicant has submitted a petition signed by all of the property owners
on the north side of Edmund Avenue between Kent and Mackubin Streets ac-
quiescing to this change. "
In view of the substantial sentiment in `favor of this change on the part
of the people in the area, and the inclusion of adequate off - street park-
ing for this two - family occupancy,-the Board of Zoning could find_ no
major objection to this proposal:
Therefore, in consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
that this'appeal be granted in accordance with applicant's plans rec6ived
June 26, 1958.

Neighbors on either side of the Kulkey address.
Neighbors on the west of 543 Edmund is Mr. Al Brandt,
on the East is Mr. William Toensing. By signing this
form at the bottom will show that they do not object
so long as no damage is done to there property. In
the construction or remodelingg of property of 543 Edmund
