Municipal State Aid Street No. 177, between George Street and Winifred Street;
Winifred Street, Municipal State Aid Street No. 177, between Ohio Street and Wa a
Street; Wabasha Street, Municipal State Aid Street No. 152, between Winifred St e
and Concord Street to ASHBACH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans
