the Sinking Fund Committee, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to release and deliver to
the Commercial State Bank the following securities,
assigned to said City as collateral for City deposits in
said Bank, to -wit:
$1001000 U. S. Treasury Notes, 1 7/8%, due
February 15, 1959,
and to accept in lieu thereof the following:
$1001000 U. S. Treasury Bonds, 3%. due
February 15, 1964.
