ter of Mr. N. McFarlane, 1852 Beechwood Avenue, who de-
sires to build a fence six feet high on the rear of his
property.
This Department has made an investigation and sees no ob-
jections, and, therefore, recommends that permission be
granted Mr. McFarlane to build a fence to screen his
patio.
