CIL ,RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, on the 1st day of D6cember,
1957, a oar driven by Nancy Jappinier and owned by
Bruce Jappinier of 1588 Highland Parkway, struck
a portion of the railing on the Kellogg Bridge
causing damage to the said railing in the amount
of One Hundred Seventeen and 77/100 Dollars ($117.77);
and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the liability
for this accident is not clear so that a compromise
settlement of Registered Bill No. 1 -7253 would be
to the mutual benefit of all parties concerned;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers
are authorized to accept Eighty —Eight and 32/100
Dollars (088.32) as a compromise in settlement of
Registered Bill No. 1 -7253 for One Hundred Seventeen
and ?7/100 Dollars ($117.77) and further, that the
proper City officers are authorized to cancel the
remainder of this bill.
