RESOLVED, .By' the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the proper City... officers are hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Chicago, Milwaukee, Saint Paul and
Pacific Railroad Company under which agreement the said
company shall license and permit the said City to install,
maintain and operate a certain sewer tunnel which shall con-
sist of a 2' 611 x 6' 011 sewer tunnel extending underneath
and across the right of way and tracks of the company at
Fairmount Avenue; in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and also a drop
manhole at said location, construction of said sewer being
as indicated in detail on City of Saint Paul's drawing
No. 1319 dated 1946, and the construction of said manhole
being as shown in detail on City of Saint Paul's drawing
No. 2201 -dated 1958, both of which drawings shall be
attached to and made a part of said license or permit
agreement.
