COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that the Comptroller is hereby authorized
to pay to Robert E. Otte, Clerk of the Municipal Court, for
reimbursement to the Traffic Violations Bureau Petty Cash Fund,
the sum of $5.00, said amount representing an amount previously
paid out of the aforementioned fund to General City Fund by
virtue of a check dated May 22, 1958, drawn on the Belview State
Bank of Belview, Minnesota, by one Ward Fredrickson, said Bank
having stopped payment upon said check because of the death of
the maker, Ward Fredrickson, said check having been issued to
satisfy traffic tag issued to decedent.
