WEEREAS, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums
and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the
City Charter, the existence of an emergency dui -ing the period
from May 16 to .May 31, 1958, which rendered necessary the
employment of certain employes of the Department of Libraries,
Auditorium, Museums and Stadia for more than eight hours per
day or forty hours per week in doing the following work:
Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking
at Municipal Stadium.
And, FREREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following
facts and circumstances:
Could not be handled by untrained personnel.
TIERETQRE; BE IT RESQZP� That the proper city officers- are
hereby authorized to pay the employes shown on the attached
list, who pvformed such work in accordance with the provi-
sions of the Counc i 1's salary ordinance, No. 6446.
