Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Fleming's Sub, from
Cottage Avenue-to the north line of Fleming's Sub; also constructing a sewer from
the alley to Schletti Street in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the
north 4 ft. of Lot 3, Fleming's Sub.
under Preliminary Order 175914 , approved November 29, 1955
Intermediary Order 176460 , approved January 17, 1956
Final Order 176748 approved February 14, 1956

The assessment of or and in connection with

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same,
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the second
day of July , 19 58 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
