Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
41 4 and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of
benefits,
costs and expenses
for
constructing a sewer in Ross
Street and in an
easement from Johnson
Parkway to 283
feet east of Clarence Street, said easement being the south 5 feet of Lot 4, Block 5,
Tilsen's 4th Addition, and the north 5 feet of Lot 5, Block 5, Tilsen's 4th Addition.
under Preliminary Order 172312 approved March 15, 1955
Intermediary Order 172757 , approved April 19, 1955 ,
Final Order 173130 , approved May 17, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the second
day of July 1953—, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
